I give this place a 5-star review because of Sophie tian, your ex-worker Esther and Howard. They are superior workers and provide excellent customer service and I hope they get paid really well considering they are amazing!! They give such a warm welcome and vibe to the hectic store and definitely make many of us want to come back. YAY :)))))

How long do you have to stand at the perfume cabinet before it magically opens? 15 minutes? 20 minutes? Because I know I stood there for 10 minutes and not one person approached me to help. Would you like me to break open the locked cabinet myself? Poor service.

Love the experience, I frequently visit and the two young girls at the register Naomi and Emily are very helpful. Will come back with my grandkids.

Worst Chemist Warehouse I've ever been to! They run out of medication so when you try to get it early and be organized with your life, Ivy or Idy or whoever the ignorant pharmacist is, makes me wait an hour and then tells me its too early to dispense my medication! Disgusting. Never coming back

Very disappointing service today from the pharmacist in the plaid button-up shirt (assuming he is the owner). He did not counsel on my 3 month old sons medication, which we have never used before. Thank you to the lovely lady pharmacist who could see my concern and helped straight away.

Never let this store keep your scripts.I constantly have issues getting my script filled due to lack of stock. The opening hours of the Macgregor store a extremely poor and limited when compared to multiple other Chemists within driving distance. Chemist Warehouse Macgregor do a lot to make sure there is plenty of stock for people buying car loads of baby formula or vitamins. But nothing for people that require regular medication for themselves.

Had incorrect opening hours published. Because of this I had to walk over an hour and a half to sunnybank and back to get essential medication. Staff are also slow and don't acknowledge you

WORST CHEMIST WAREHOUSE ! I have EVER been to.Took me 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at the fragrance cabinet even when I was standing next to 3 employees ! The man grabbed my perfume and wouldn’t let me keep it with me which was understandable but when I went to pay for it IT WAS SOLD by someone else ! That perfume was the last one and I needed it for a gift. I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review if the staff were profiessional! They left me standing at the counter with other things that I wanted to buy told me to step to the side to serve other people and not ONCE did they speak to me or let me know that they were trying to find another one ? Just forgotten about I stood there for atleast 10 minutes I left in the end.Horrible customer service.Get new staff that want to be at work
