Fast & friendly staff. Delicious food made to order, brought out relatively quickly. Definitely recommend the sliders, specifically the vintage & the Brie chook, so good! The sweet potato chips are so delicious paired with the herb mayo, don’t skip out on those ones. Nice dimmed environment, good place to unwind & have a good feed.

We were on table 26 at 1:20pm on Saturday 1/4/23. We ordered two burgers an a side of chips each. The first burger and chips came to the table. And then nothing. We waited for a few minutes and the staff ignored us. We flagged a server, and asked to find out where the other burger was. They did not know where the order was and re took it. We waited ten minutes for that to be delivered, and my original burger had gone cold a the panini bun was all soggy. The server offered no reason for the problem, and as they walked away said sorry.The service was poor. Food not as promised. I’m am disappointed.

You get good customer service however food is not that good. A bit expensive and not tasty. Burger that I ordered was cold and the bun was hard. Did not even eat the whole burger. Fries were good and fresh.

The fact that it's possible to have a variety of vegan and/or vegetarian burgers is awesome. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I had a vegetarian burger that was actually better than a lot of meat burgers I had. For a city like Sydney where I feel like everything is out of price, this restaurant was actually very affordable for the kind of food it proposes! Would definitely recommend.

Insane that asking for more sauce in a burger is $1.20 or $2 extra. It's the existing sauce in the burger, not a new one or switch. Ridiculous that chains look to make an extra buck or rather $5 in one particular order during a time where everyone is struggling. Actually super disappointed in Grill'd when they have a side to them that's advocating for the community too.

Great! Delicious burgers and tasty chicken, this Grill'd is top notch. I've ordered via Uber Eats many times and also come here a few times, and every time the food is great and the service is friendly. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for a burger, but something a bit lighter.

I've visited this grill'd a few times and the food and service are always great. Good quality burgers, friendly staff, and great service. It can get quite busy during peak hour so the wait times are sometimes longer. Though I've never waited longer than 15-20 minutes for my food here.
