I decided to do a click and collect on Sunday but didn't have time to collect till the Monday which was fine. Everything was available except for one item and I managed to get something similar in store. Only thing I found strange was that I lined up at check out only to be told that click and collect was at back of store and they needed to announce for someone to help me. Apart from that it was all good.

I went to to buy a shirt that I had already brought because I love it. They were out of stock and the lady said they will be getting more. Asked if I’d like a person call when they arrive and how many did I want. Great service, very impressed! Thank you Beat and Less North Lakes!
