Amazing customer service from the concierge then we were impressed how quick we got seen and served by a lovely lady called Dell -she even made special mention to my son's birthday from a few days earlier that really made our day. Exceptional service at Vic Roads Dandenong thankyou so much

Had a booked appointment and i was seen on time. Dell was amazing she sorted all the paperwork out for us. Explaining everything while she was working. Best customer service I’ve received in a while. Thank you Dell for making it simple and effective and serving with a smile

Rude lady staff named Casey such a disrespectful lady and had an attitude. I went there for my license and she took a blurry photo of me and when asked if she changed my address even thorough I asked her in the beginning she said yea when she didn’t and had to wait 3 weeks for my license to arrive watta joke. This chicks are getting paid for doing absolutely nothing.

Rude and absolutely useless staff. Make you wait 2 months for an appointment and then can't even do what you booked. I bought all of the necessary documents and they couldn't do a simple licence transfer from interstate. Absolute joke of an institution.

Pretty friggin busy location. I can't fault the customer service though. I had a friendly rep who made the process of changing over my interstate licence relatively painless.VicRoads itself though could definitely streamline it's processes as it shouldn't take a few weeks to get an appointment to have my application processed

On a Saturday afternoon, Got my car registered and Aussie guy was professional and did his job properly.The Indian, Asian and Aussie ladies next to him were making fun of me and alledgedly said ‘Asian…’ ‘thats funny’ for no reason at all… very unprofessional.The place has no ticketing system on Saturday and you have to go atound in circles and asking to be told ‘sit down and your name will be called’. there was no sign did said ‘enquiries’ either. i saw other people going in and getting confused.

The customer service representative, Karen had to help us with several complicated requests and she was absolutely phenomenal. Karen made every easy for us and she absolutely knew everything. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Karen, she made what could have been a terrible experience into a great, easy experience and she sorted everything out for us. Absolutely legend!

The wait time isn't bad considering that it's a busy location. Got my transfer forms done within 15 minutes @ 1PM on a Wednesday.
