We had a very stained kelim area rug and had little hopes that cleaning would work.I found Washco on Google and Mia called me back asap. She explained in detail how they would wash and clean our rug. She also recommended an underlay which we said yes to.I was super impressed with the cleaning - I have had the rug cleaned before but never as well as this. We had 2 rugs recently soiled due to the heavy rains which flooded part of the house. From my first enquiry to finalisation Mia was my contact and she was very courteous and helpful. The men that picked up the rugs were also very courteous. I received the rugs back today and I am very happy with the results.

I had a large rug that needed cleaning after 2 years of baby abuse. And a smaller rug with some old tea and Pepsi max stains. I had attempted to clean the tea stains to no avail but these guys were actually able to get the stains out, credit to them. Convenient also with collection of the carpet from your home and an assessment before pricing is definitively provided. Would use again
