Absolutely no help at all was highly recommended but a total failure applied for a property with good references but wouldn't put application to owner as per the property managers discretion thay pick and choose who thay want without putting circumstances or good references to the owner I would not recommend this agency to anyone I am Absolutely disgusted and still homeless thanks for nothing.

I rented there a few years ago in Elkhorn Street. They were always fair to me and resolved any issue quickly. I liked them so much and the landlord that I painted the entire unit before I left. A great team and fair rental prices. If you do the right thing so do they I found.

Could not have asked for a better group of people who helped me along the way all of the staff in property management were so helpful the transition from my old unit to the new one was seem less I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at john ahern real estate words are not enough I thank them all for their help and assistance being a pensioner with a disability of one arm and shoulder being broken they understood my needs and went above and beyond five stars is not enough thank you everyone

All 2+ stars must be paid reviews. This place is run by absolute muppet's, especially john ahern himself. Click on the lowest reviews they are more realistic. I was taken to court after being evicted because I brought up unlivable house issues to them. Plus countless other problems. We were in contact with them about issues longer then our lease went for. Go here if you're a dodgy house owner and want someone to work with you. Don't go here if you are a renter.
