I didn't catch the name of the lady who served me but she was friendly and served me quickly. It was busy with only 2 people working but it helps when customers are somewhat organised. Both ladies worked efficiently from what I could tell

Extremely slow service. They don’t even pretend like they want to work efficiently.Make sure you have 10-15 minutes to waste in the queue and that you bring a lot of patience with you. This is my last resort to drop off parcels, but sometimes I have to use their service and it has never been a pleasant experience.Staff used to be friendly (guy with long hair) in the past, but the last couple of times I’ve been served by an unfriendly person.

So rude !! Standing in line for well over 20minutes to be rejected at the desk with a rude NO ! I asked before I lined up if they did that service (Western union) and after standing in line for so long, her to be so rude and in front of other customers was embarrassing ! Aus post should hire staff with better people skills !

They took money from my account with no permission because they assumed I had received it incorrectly. The money was a cash pick up from western union. They then called me crazy and denied taking it. Told me it must be some kind of scam using 'Richmond post office' as their name. I refused to leave until it was sorted out and they called the police on me. They told me there is nothing I could do and no complaints number. Yet magically the next day 'richmond post office' made a $700 deposit into my account. No apology. No notice. No nothing. Pretty sure what they done is illegal.

Rudest people EVER! I hate that I live near this place and this is the post office I have to use. Not my fault the workers hate their Life and can’t do a basic job. Horrible people.

The old guy with the white beard is a joke. Its like his stoned everytime i go in there, his lost. Maybe update your website aswell so people know when your open.

There haven't been too many positive reviews for this place, but I have to say over the last 2 or so years, things have really picked up. I was in line today to bank a cheque, I have never banked a cheque before (seriously, who sends cheques!) But the lady behind the counter was super helpful and made me feel smart by helping me every step of the way. We also recently had our passports renewed here, easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, was told I couldn't collect my parcel because my licence is in my married name and parcel was in my maiden name. Advised to come back with passport and wedding certificate. Came back with all documents; waited 20 minutes again, and was told I could not collect the parcel, despite providing passport, wedding certificate, credit cards, and Medicare cards. Service by manager was rude and did not fain any concern for my predicament.The trainee working behind the counter was polite and apologetic for the other employees behaviour.

A post shop with a personal touch with staff very knowledgable and helpful in posting your item(s) where ever to destinations around our great globe in which we live. Essential post products always in-stock, very well presented, most often not too busy. Have posted numerous unusual items and the staff help suggesting best-way always got my items to the destination safe and on time. Parking on Windsor Street, or in car park out back with short strole through a connecting passage way. Richmond Station very close by, along with some nice coffee shops if you would like to grab one then enjoy the Richmond beauty in the park with lots of seating. Very helpful staff. I went in their the other day to do a ‘cash on pickup’ thing for a textbook I’m selling, and the lovely person behind the counter stepped me through the whole process (it wasn’t busy with other people at the time though). Highly recommended.
