I would highly recommend Harry and his team. From the first meeting to hand over, Harry kept us informed. Harry's quote didn't change at any stage of the job what he quoted us is what we were charged and not a cent more. This man is a good send very honest and very professional. The girls in the office are also very helpful and did everything they could to make our experience very easy with no stress at all.

Great service. Easy to deal with. Received exactly what we wanted. Realistic time frame for construction and quality was exactly as we expected. Short delay on completion however it is to be expected in the building, we didn't want short cuts taken to compromise quality. Built with another pool builder about 5 years ago at our old place which was nothing but a nightmare and part of the reason we moved. If we ever move we will have Harry build our pool again. Have recommended to all our family and friends and have had 2 of them engage the pool place in the past 12 months and they have had a wonderful experience also.

Dodgy and incompetent .Signed pool contract over 18 months ago.Jepordised the house foundation during excavation which cost me extra $30,000 for underpinning.It's been over 18 months and unable to complete the pool.Probably keep on signing contracts without much resources to finish the already signed jobs .I don't want anyone experience the torture we been through signing Harry as pool contractor.I won't be surprised the good reviews about him are as dodgy as he himself.

WOW, we have been provided with a stunning fully white tiled pool that exceeds all expectations.Harry and his Crew were knowledgeable, professional and accommodating to all aspects of the build.I would highly recommend ‘The Pool Place’ to any prospective clients thinking of undertaking such a project.Once again, a big thank you to both Harry and the Team for making our summers even more enjoyable.

I don't normally place reviews, but this business deserves a damning review. It has now passed the 30 day mark and yet to receive a quote. Was advised that I would receive a quote 2 days after initial visit. This did not occur. I then decided to text the ultra professional Harry and he rolled.out I am away but will be back in 2 days and the quote should then be sent. 3 weeks passed with no response to any texts. The business phone number always goes to message bank. I did receive a call from the admin person and she suggested she would chase up. I guess she must be still away with Harry. I have since been warned off the Pool Place by others in the trade. Guess I may have dodged a bullet. Thanks for your lack of professionalism Harry

I cannot speak highly enough of Harry & his staff at The Pool Place. Excellent service, first class workmanship & always on time. Even with Covid-19 restrictions they did their utmost to get the project finished on time. Julia in the office always followed up on my queries & nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking to purchase a pool I would definitely recommend these guys.

I was quite worried about looking for a pool builder after some horror stories I've heard and seen, until I met Harry. He was able to explain how the process works, what I was in for and time frames. The shell took longer than expected to arrive however Julia and Kristina were always transparent and always willing to help with any questions I had. The whole experience of getting a pool was amazing to watch, from site cut, to rock removal, to craning the shell over the house. Thank you to the pool place for a flawless process and making our dreams come true.

WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (The Pool Place)Let me introduce myself, Harry from the pool place promises the world delivers nothing. After our first meeting in March 2018 Harry stated he could build the pool in 8 weeks. Great we thought done by June, deposit paid. Fast forward to June nothing. After obtaining permits, plans soil tests etc as directed too (alot of which are not needed and are costly) we had no progress and no communication. Harry attends at his leisure in mid June stating he needs to measure up. After this states it will be another 6 weeks before starting. During this time plans will be drawn and engineers consulted. Mid July no contact from company after several emails Julia from the office states Harry will be out to re measure. (nothing has been done back to square one). Harry’s answer to this I can’t give you a start date you can have your money back. Do NOT use cannot be trusted and are hopeless in communicating.
