Been training here for a few weeks, learned some good stuff for practical self-defense, but also having fun and exercising. Good for learning some stuff from a few different types of martial arts rather than just one.

I've known the owner for a few years, the instructors are all easy to talk to and professional.Classes are fairly priced and practical.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start martial arts.
