Just For You The Bread House
A newly opened bakery that offers sweet and savoury baked goods. While the variety is not as extensive as some of the other shops out there because the shop is quite small but they do have a good range. They also sell bubble tea so it's nice to have more bubble tea options around Canning Vale. Staff here are quite nice even when the shop is quite busy.

This will be my 2nd one star for the same brand. Incidents happened today, 1: counter staff sneezed at the floor without covering her mouth, customer at front counter made a disgusted face after that. 2: front counter staff yawned widely without covering her mouth while serving my wife. 3: ordered a condensed milk bubble tea with pearl but it was all condensed milk with no tea.

The cake tasted really nice, it was good-looking and worth the price. The customer service was great. The man was very patient and friendly.

Customer service needed a great improvement.It's a small bakery with no sitting place.The breads we bought were taste good.The shop conveniently located inside the Livingston shopping centre.Paying by cards (any type of cards) will incurred additional fee.(Sign written infront of the till).Lots of parking space.

I ordered a strawberry celebration cake for my father's 89th birthday. It was absolutely delicious and he could not have been happier. Really pleased with the cake and service. 5 stars!

Prices are higher than similar asian bakeries. A recent incident means I won''t return despite having purchased several times previously (due to convenience of location). I'd asked if a specific pack of buns was baked the same day and the staff affirmed it, but the bread was very dry and would have been the previous day's bread. Rang the store and spoke to the staff the next day but they were nonchalent and not the least bit apologetic. Go elsewhere for better price, quality, freshness and customer service.

No price tags on the displayed cakes, so we were expected to wait in line to find out the prices. Long wait due to slow service. The cakes are way too expensive compared to their literally carousel competitor facing across from it. No customer service from the boy at the front. A dead person is much more responsive than him. Barely looked us in the eye. Clearly the staff are not properly trained on customer service. Skip the hassle and just go to Bread Top, you’ll find much more value and a better level of customer service.

i went there many times as i like the coffee bun. the girl in the counter never great us, not polite at all. i thought maybe she is not in a good mood. then i came another day and the girls still has no respect.i came with my friend to show her the lovely coffee bun but same girl treat us like crab. then two days a go my husband pass Living stone and i asked him to buy coffee bun and he experiece the same. the girl in the counter is disrespectfull to customer. my husband said dont ever come back to that shop. THE GIRL IS SOOOOO RUDE
