A great range of shops in an outlying suburb. An oasis of ice cold air conditioning in this scorching days. Massive shared car park. Servicing many kilometres of Southern Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

Good shop, but terrible and in some areas DANGEROUS PARKING due to poor vision and heavy traffic flow. I avoid this complex if possible
