This is one if the best spots in Albury to get adventure gear and is a high end rival to Anaconda. The team here were really great and had excellent customer service. I purchased some walking sticks and they coached me on how to fit them and use them. They are helpful and not pushy. They have a huge range of gear in there. It is situated in the Main Street so can sometimes be hard to get a park close but worth’s the walk. Highly recommend for the products and the service. ✅✅✅

Awesome staff who have great knowledge surrounding what they sell. They sell a lot of quality gear which is good and pricing is reasonable. Bought a lot of gear here for my NZ hike, leaving the shop with confidence that I had the right equipment for the job.

I will never ever step in side this store again I asked the guy who I pressumed is the owner a question relating to the macpac range and his reply was he wouldnt stock that cheap brand and he has far better quality gear and then walked off from behind his counter. Awesome customer service right there. Macpac is up there in quality with other well known brands I thought he would stock but obviously he doesnt know what he is talking about.

Gino and staff have supported the outdoor community of albury /wondonga for many years. REAL experienced advice,quality products ,well trained staff and a personal approach to all my outdoor needs. Why go anywhere else. You can pay too much but you will REALLY be compromised if you pay too little in the outdoors.

Very helpful staff, didn’t catch the name but could be the owner.I needed boot and tent waterproof gear. He showed me a range and recommended a product that wasn’t the most expensive. I was very pleased with this.

Staff are horrible. Prepare to be abused if you go into this store. I’ve been here a few times and every time I always come across ignorant, egotistical staff who never actually help and try to belittle me and others that walk into the store. They’ve got some handy products in here but I would avoid purchasing from them just to not support their bad behaviour
