Five years ago, I was lucky enough that my search for a new home coincided with SV Built completing a new home in the area I had been looking in. The superb quality, functionality they put into their design & many little extra features of their build, immediately set it apart from any other home I had been considering & it’s simply been a pleasure of a home to live in. On deciding to build another new home, going through SV Built was the only choice for me & they made the overall process effortless. Emile, Mandy, Aaron & team all have an attention to detail approach paired with such pride in their work that truly sets them apart from others in their field & is evident in the final product. From my experience dealing with SV Built from both angles now, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone thinking of purchasing one of their beautiful homes or wanting to go through the building process yourself.

We decided to build your new home with SV Built after inspecting a house they had just finished building 3 years ago. It was a decision we have not regretted at all. The quality and the finish we saw then was what we finished up with but feel even better again. Working with Emile and his team to design and then build our home was effortless. Even changing ideas and plans whilst construction was happening was not a problem. Emile, Aaron and Mandy are professional, patient and overall just awesome to deal with. You end up with your dream home when building with SV Built and end up with new friends along the way. We would not think of using anybody else again if we build again.
