I went in for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows are red and have been burnt according to the chemist. My nail polish is bubbly. I went back one hour later to complain and ask for a refund. I was told my nail polish looked like that because I bumped it. I’m sorry but polish doesn’t bubble when it’s bumped, and that was done before my wax. I wish I had checked them properly before I left. I asked for a refund and was told no because I had used a gift voucher. Do not go here. I mentioned it to a few businesses I went to after in the area and all told me that had spoken to other customers who were all disappointed with the quality of a range of services. It would have been nice to be able to support local business but getting burnt isn’t worth it.

Lovely little local salon. My partner and I love to visit as it’s very relaxing. The ladies are always so warm and welcoming! Can’t wait to go back

The wax I received burnt my skin, resulted in folliculitis and I had to go on antibiotics all at 38 weeks pregnant. I got my nails done too and it all chipped off in the next couple of days. The ladies were nice but every time she waxed me SHE would say “OUCh” - to be fair it was much more painful than other times I have had it done elsewhere. 6 months later I’m still having troubles and scarring from their shoddy work. A word of warning!

Every time I have been to this nail salon for Acryllics and Shellac, I get attitude from the young nail techs. No eye contact when speaking to you, talking with other staff member in their own language. It's just plain rude. Nail tech put ear bud in and called someone while i am looking at her????? The owner is such a nice lady but her staff are costing her business. I know of 3 x people who refuse to go back because of this.

Amazing service. These reviews of rude customer service must be talking about another business.First time customer and I was treated like a life long customer. I am so incredibly happy with my nails! I was very delighted with the kind service I received at this nail salon. This was my first time visiting this place and I think I’ve finally found a place to go for my nails every time I need to get them done! Compared to some other nail salons I’ve visited, this one is more affordable especially if you want to get some cool designs.

I recently had a pedicure with shellac at this establishment. The worst one I have ever gotten, the lady left white nail polish residue all over my toes and cuticles and would have left it there had I not asked for acetone on a cotton ball to clean it up myself. The pedicure spa jets weren’t working well and kept draining the water out of the basin. The lady then proceeded to fill up the basin with very hot water each time this happened whilst my feet were still in there. Honestly by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too! Save your money and find somewhere else decent.

Lovely friendly staff. Clean salon. Good quality service. I have visited multiple times in the last couple of years for acrylic nails & pedicure, which I've been very happy with. Will also try other services.

I've been coming here for about two years now to get my eyelashes done. I am always happy with the outcome and get many comments about how nice they look. Staff are very friendly and caring, I get very anxious having to have my eyes closed for so long but they take great care to make me feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
