Classique Nails

They were very nice. the salon was very clean and equipment was very clean. Had a very wide range of patterns and colours to choose from.

No idea why I bothered booking. The salon was packed and they started on me 10 minutes late. I asked for sns removal and it took them 40 minutes to finish. They kept swapping, getting up to start on new walk-in clients and at one point I’m certain they just forgot I was sitting there. $25 later, finally got out of there.

Terrible service, rude and kept telling me I could not have what I asked for. The final result was poor quality and generally disappointing. I had a broken nail so thought it would be good to fix before I got home. Wrong. Never going to this place again.

Today, got ripped off an extra $5 for cutting nails short (with a clear shellac only - no colour as I usually get). So she saved time anyway..A couple of weeks ago, Only 2 girls on the day before Valentine's- couldn't get in all day.We need some competition in the Bay

Horrid experience. Got nails clipped and painted and the nail polish came off and went funny when I left, I'm going to rub it off and do it myself. Cost way less and better job.

Not good. Firstly the place looks pretty dirty. Secondly the technician I got was so rough with my nails and clearly didn’t care too much. I got acrylic infills and one of my cuticals were bleeding afterwards. Also I got shellac colour and they didn’t ask me to wash my hands before applying the shellac so there were bumps from the nail dust. Whilst curing my nails she didn’t leave my hands in the UV light for long enough so once I got home on 2 of my nails on each hand the shellac started peeling on each layer so I had to remove it myself and put on some similar nail polish I had at home.. not happy. Would never go back. I’m hoping I don’t get any infections from my damaged cutical.

The ladies were extremely rude. My 10 year old and myself decided to have our nails done together. They cut her finger with no apology then poured nail polished remover on it. They made us pay first then left us sitting there until we eventually walked out. We still had polish on our fingers and we were not spoken to directly even once.

Yeah, don't bother. Should've trusted the reviews. My sister has a graze from the foot file, my nail tech made me bleed twice from cutting my cuticles, the water in the pedicure bath was scolding even after asking for it to be cooler, and one or two of the staff were quite rude with the rest being simply disinterested.
