Called up and spoke with the Store Manager. I had just picked up a car from Gosford and was driving it back to Melbourne, finding out the steering would shudder when travelling over 100km/hr. These guys were awesome. Fit me in without any issue, knowing I had a long way to travel with short notice. Thank you so much, I feel a lot safer driving back to Melbourne now!

Dev is a really nice guy with good energy when talking to customers, the mechanics are really friendly as well when giving recommendations on the phone before work on my car. I’m very happy with this group in Ashfield and I regularly bring my car there for services.

Two disappointing interactions with this business. First time, went there to do a wheel alignment. Wheels were pushing left from the moment I left the store and I was rushing back to work so couldn't go back and ask for a fix.Second time, I booked an appointment online on a Saturday to redo the wheel alignment. I scheduled my day around the appointment but when I got there the store was closed.

Very good service - had to get my car tyres replaced following a pink slip inspection. The tyres were not in stock, but they managed to order it in and put it in on the same day. They also applied a price match without me asking for it (and it was $70 cheaper than RRP)Would recommend and would come again.

Recently my car BMW broken down very happy with their service n price. Have been K-Mart Ashfield then changed the name to My Car customer for more than 10 years. As a female car owner and have 0 knowledge about car would like most of few female car owner always worry be ripped off if do the car repair but I always have faith with My Car Ashfield. Very honest and professional. I recommend few friends go to there too they all happy with their service and price. Highly recommend .

Fantastic service by Wilson and the team at mycar Ashfield.They know their stuff and have always been very quick, practical and helpful. I’m particular, they’ve helped me track down different options for replacement parts abs sorted out minor and major issues equally well. Strongly recommended from me.Find them under the Westfield, you can’t miss it.
