The new lady with the blue hair was absolutely RUDE! Was very argumentative and disrespectful to my partner today as we came in around 10:00am. My partner was trying to explain his situation she just didn't want anything to do with it when they are there to help people, she just put her headphones in and ignored him like he was nothing and felt degrading and let the other lady to deal with it even though that lady wasn't his employment officer. She needs to do her job better and have some respect for the people in our town. Her attitude is discusting

These people should not be in a position where they are expected to find people work & help the unemployed to a brighter future. Instead they are benifiting from a job where they are not required or supervised to do the job expected of them whilst benefiting from the funding which is meant to be for the people who actually need it. Not impressed with Amber's or Melissa's conduct as they also falsely had my only income canceled over the Christmas period just because I was moving 2hours away from a position they referred me to. They should not be in this industry maybe real estate would suit them better.

Daughter in hospital, emergency, pregnant, called and cancelled her appointment as she hadn't slept all night, was told, need to be at appointment ,that was not good enough excuse, Hello, what about mum and bubs health is NOT important ! Disgusting!!!!! Never ever go there, heartless, uncaring, and words of description I can't type , huge thumbs down
