Byron Bay Qml Pathology Drive-Through Clinic
26/12/2021 - Insufficiently ressourced staff + manual check-in process = 4hrs delay to get tested and daily capacity reached as early as 10am. Shame because the site could welcome much more people and the staff is very nice, helpful and competent. Why not train the friendly yet underused traffic controllers to reinforce the staff?
