Terrible service! The fridge we recieved had a faulty door and we had to wait 2 months for the technition to come and have a look. We had warrenty and extended warrenty and had to wait this long. Poor customer service even though we paid for warrenty! This place is a joke. Do not go here as they sell you faulty items which you need to wait months to get fixed!

Twice now they have promised to get something in only to go there with trailer to pick up to be told, no sorry we cant get it in none in stock.. no phone call to advise us of this before we left home.. we called both times to confirm to be told cant when we got there.. customer service is zero.. lady who answers the phone talks like she doesnt want to be there everything is a hassel..Maybe you will have a different experience but this was ours..

After sales service wasn’t good. Warranty coverage is very tricky. One of the staffs wasn’t good to deal with.
