What I was told by the assessor and what information I received from the Insurance company were two different issues. Would never use this company to assess any damage. Inexperienced assessor’s. In the pocket.

Rob and his team at Western Building were fantastic. I had a multi million dollar property flood and new timber flooring throughout and bathroom cabinetry were required. Rob helped deal with the tenant, arranged cleaners and removalists to get the furniture out and back in again, co ordinated details with the overseas owner. Generally he made a very difficult awkward job manageable. Can't recommend enough.

My insurance co sent these guys out to inspect a damage we are trying to claim. Was told without a doubt the damage was legit and we shouldn’t have a problem with the claim.They then organised a leak detector guy to come out without explaining the case to the guy.Report written and sent to my insurance co had inaccurate timeline and because of that the claim was rejected!My warning is DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We are just another we case to them and they can still easily invoice and get paid for the inspection and call out etc regardless of the outcome of the claim.Very unprofessional and makes us wonder if they even have a qualified person in charge of writing the report since that’s all the insurance co is relying on!

We where denied an insurance claim from our insurance company. We did not know what to do next and and we were recommended Rob Anderson from Western Building Pty Ltd. Rob went out of his way to help and ensure the job was completed correctly. Thanks to Mick and Daza for doing an absolute awesome job of reframing and re-roofing our house with tin.We would highly recommend them to any one needing a builder.Thank you to all that where involved.

My experience with Western Building has been EXCELLENT. I dealt with Rob and Devon extensively, and the communication, attention to details, professionalism and works were all outstanding. Could not recommend them more. We have had extensive work done, re-roof, ceilings, walls throughout replaced, new windows, electrical, air-conditioners, eaves and patios, and all my queries, questions and concerns were answered promptly and honestly. Helpful, high quality company!

Sam Moore and his team of professionals were an absolute delight to work with. We sustained damage after heavy rains which required different trades. All the tradesmen who came on site were lovely to work with and have a very high standard of workmanship. Sam is an excellent communicator as are his team. They keep you informed the whole way and the works are completed quickly. I highly recommend and if I could give ten stars, I would.

If it were possible we would rate Rob Anderson and his team 10 our of 5 stars!Our house sustained major damage as a result of cyclone Damien in February 2020.Large trees pierced the roof and water poured in the property. Our old roof had to removed, re-engineered with council approval and entirely replaced. We needed new ceiling, carpets, painting, pergola repairs, brick pillars fixed, air conditioning cleaned and repaired etc etc.Western Building were the repairers appointed by our insurance company and to say they were amazing would be an understatement. The handled all the repairs required.We dealt directly with Rob Anderson and he was always available, honest and reliable. No request was too big nor too small.Rob managed our repairs remotely from Perth during Covid19 restrictions...a phenomenal feat in itself!The standard of work by Robs team is highly professional.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Thanks Rob and his teamSelina

Terrible communication -sent restorers without myself signing the scope of works and without my awareness of why they were there -Decided not to do works with the company as I wasn’t happy with the works and decided to get cash settlementWestern building took $2000 of original settlement price for the restorersThey were at my house less than 3hrs - did less than was stated on scope of works - no justification for price.Ripping off insurance company and then in turn customers of those insurance companies

We had a burst water pipe in roof space happen while away on holiday just before Xmas, returned home to find house under 3-4 inches of water in every room. Our insurance company (AAMI) were quick to put a team in our house to remove as many items and start the drying process to prevent secondary damage. The builder that overseen the entire restoration and repair process was Western Building. I have to say they did a exceptional job coordinating the various trades to return our property back to us as soon as possible. Thank you to Kerria and her team particularly Ricky Edwards (what a champion) always answers or returns my calls to keep me updated. I also would like to acknowledge some of their tradies that stood out; Painters Matt and his tradesman, what a fantastic job mate, Flooring Stuart and his team, again great job, Ceiling fixers Terry and his guys, and the Restoration team. The work done by Rob Anderson's team (Mick and the guys, Vic and Ryan and Mark) is wonderful. Everybody was very professional from start to finish. I have a new roof (courtesy of Rob and my insurance) with the necessary work needed to be done. I am so stoked. Thank you all so much. I have absolutely no problem in recommending the team. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
