I have been thoroughly impressed with the way the OrderMate crew has committed to and executed the POS change over. At every stage along the way we have found your team to be friendly, approachable and accommodating and all with a smile on their faces. We asked a lot in a short period. It wasn’t just that they get the job done it was the way they handled themselves. I believe in one of the first meetings I said first and foremost we wanted a POS company that didn’t treat us as a transaction but rather as a partnership. I believe that I found that.

Support system is terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. You call them up and log a ticket they then ring back a day later if you lucky . So if till town its down for the night. You may get a call back the next day when you are no where near your till system and if you miss the call you have to go through process again. So one more night of using a calculator and pen instead of till system you are paying a lot of money for.

Choosing a POS system for new hospitality venue is never easy. But I found OrderMate very easy & great to deal with from the start. Lauren went out of her way to explain & show my the entire operating systems & requirements needed. Once locked in there training & support line were able to help me out at any time. From installation through to the opening day they made a very stressful time a much easier experience. I find the system great to use from front of house & back house. User friendly & tech guys are always a phone call away to help if needed. I'm happy to have them on board!

Have been using Ordermate for a few years now. and just set up HungryHungry for dine in and takeaway. These guys went to a lot of trouble to make sure I was happy with everything.HIghly recommended.

Service was fantastic up until we purchased, then nothing. Support can take days to call back if they respond at all. Often just sending a set of instructions that don't really help at all. Took us months to get online ordering right. Support is terrible.

After years of suffering with a prehistoric rom based POS system I finally decided to reach out to Ordermate. My initial contact was with Emily, who has been amazing with her solution based approach to our business. Much more than point of sale, Ordermate integrates with many other hospitality systems such as Tanda and Resy to create a “restaurant system” that gives real time information. Further, Ordermate online is an innovative approach to customers ordering take away and delivery without the exorbitant fees of delivery and Uber eats. If you’re looking for an absolute POS system that will transform and evolve your business, I can’t recommed Emily and Ordermate enough.

Update:The team have gone above and beyond to resolve all our issues and complaints.Support is absolutely awful. If you bring it up to the sales team they get defensive. When opening a new cafe you need the best support especially with the POS system. Waiting 20 minutes to 1 hour for support to call back can make or break you during busy service. Who needs that extra stress.

We have had ongoing issues with our ordermate system that remain unresolved from ongoing service provision to billing. As at yesterday we are now advised the subscription purchased 6 months ago does not exist so Ordermate automatically upgraded us for an extra $33 a month at our own expense despite it not being our contracted rate which is $95 not including an additional $65 we pay each month as well (equates to over $400 per year extra). This does not endear Ordermate to it's customers as it looks dishonest.
