Beds R Us - Warwick Farm

I recently bought the Slumber Firm Queen Mattress from the BEDSRUS Warwick Farm store and it was an excellent experience. I was in need of a spare mattress for when my parents came to visit and Howard, the salesperson, was the perfect person to assist me. He was assertive in his approach and helped me understand the features and benefits of the mattress, but he was also amiable and friendly throughout the entire process. He was also quite persuasive in convincing me that the Slumber Firm was the perfect choice for my needs. His spontaneous attitude made the buying process much more pleasant, and his calm and good listening made me feel more comfortable while discussing the requirements. I particularly appreciated the excellent price he gave me on the pillows that I also purchased. Additionally, I was in a bind and needed a mattress delivered on short notice and Howard went above and beyond to make sure I received my mattress in a timely manner. Not only did he expertly guide me through the purchasing process, but he also took care of the logistics and managed the delivery with great efficiency. I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. It was a real pleasure working with him. Great customer service by the staff. I liked the store collection too. Howard was my man who was helping us to find a double bed with mattress, he even got me a great deal with the delivery too. Hopefully I'll get them delivered in just 7 days. Fingers crossed. I would come back to the store again for sure. Keep it up

Beds R Us is like a hidden gem in Warwick Farm. Howard assisted me in choosing a bed package for my parents. Howard was professional and helpful in assisting with a Christmas deal. It was finally delivered today and installed which took approximately 1 hours 20 mins. I recommend going to Howard for advice and will recommend Beds R Us to friends.
