A couple of weeks ago I visited Newcastle Dental Laser Centre for a check-up and clean. I was delighted to find that as a new patient they had a package that included everything I needed - check-up, clean, fluoride and xrays (I had a couple of old fillings that were concerning me).Today I returned and had some restorative work completed. I have to say it's the most painless dental procedure ever and the dentist Dr Mohamed Omar and his assistant Bianca were warm and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation and will now be a 6 monthly visitor to the practice for sure.

Excellent. I had a Saturday appointment on the 4th of August for what was a fairly confronting procedure of getting 2 teeth extracted. The dentist (Mohamed Omar) was fantastic and he and his assistant kept me calm and informed the whole time. Also the receptionist was an absolute delight.Thanks guys

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I am a very nervous dental patient and have had to have extensive dental work done. The staff are all always so considerate and lovely. Highly recommend them.

I am a particularly anxious patient and have had a fair amount of ongoing work. The staff at Maven are wonderful, extremely caring and kind. I highly recommend the whole team - reception, nurses, dentists and particularly Dr Mohammad Omar.

Best Dentist ever. Took the time to explain how to clean my teeth properly, mapped out a plan for maintaining my teeth into old age. Explained the importance of side effects of medication. (Dry mouth = no saliva= tooth decay)

I was referred to this practice for an extraction but after taking x-rays the dentist obviously thought it was going to be too hard so she decided on a filling. 3 more days of excruciating pain was the result before I got rid of the offending tooth. On reporting this to the practice manager I was spoken to in a somewhat hostile manner and told in future I could take my business elsewhere - hardly good customer service!
