If I could give more than 6 stars I would. Matt was the only plumber out of the five I called that even listened to my issue, and did his absolute best to fit us in.Matt was prompt, on time, and had my new hot water unit organised with Dux within 24 hours of contact, and installed within 72 hours.I literally couldn’t rate him high enough! I would be more than happy to recommend him to friends and family, and will definitely be using his services again.Matt is an asset to the business, thanks so much mate!

I came outside one morning to find hot water spraying across my back yard from my outdoor hot water cylinder. Turned the tap off to the cylinder and went to work. I called Mat at lunch time and let him know he was welcome to go to the site to replace the cylinder even if I wasn't home. He he said he would see what he could do. I got home from work and his guys were just finishing cleaning up after the job! Couldn't believe he managed to get it sorted so fast. Very impressed. Thanks Mat!

Very unreliable - after organising a time the previous week I was called at the time they were supposed to be coming to say that they were unable to come, a time was made for the next day and again this was cancelled that morning. 2 cancellations in 2 days, the 2nd cancellation was claimed to be due to sickness but the first I was told they couldn't make it because they were busy - not what I would expect from a company that offers emergency plumbing" services"

Matt saved my kitchen from a nasty flood due to an old hot water unit. Very quick to respond and to act. Removed the old one and replaced the unit with a gas continuous unit and installed new gas connection as well. So very pleased with the service and would recommend these guys every time!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work done to repair a leak in my roof ..I had paid someone years ago to fix the leak but they obviously didn’t do the job properly and for years have had a condensation problem which now thanks to these guys has been fixed.Highly recommend Launceston gas & plumbing
