Awesome store and awesome staff. But cannot buy any gift cards. BP card or Visa card or Cabcharge card. I have been visiting this store for last 7 days every night and staff told me they are not trained in selling gift cards. Another staff told me system is down. Another staff told me that only manager can sell them. I guess at least they should be trained to give same excuse. Really frustrating and don't expect this level of service from BP.

Anchal was an awesome person to deal with and extremely pleasant in her demeanour. I will come on every time I oass by.

WORST SERVICE STATION IN SYDNEY!NO TOILET PAPER! NO PACKED WATER!TOILET IS DIRTY LIKE A TRASH!WHEN I ASKED FOR TOILET PAPER, STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 5 MIN WITH RUDE ATTITUDE.

They never ask for your BP Rewards card then refuse to add points. What’s the point of going here then? Every other retailer offering rewards asks you before you purchase. What’s worse is the attendant helped me with the app, but didn’t scan rewards!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The console operator is supposed to stay at the register at all times but instead he was roaming around and filling the stuff even though I was standing and waiting at the counter. He has an attitude and a very rude facial expression. Dint expected this from BP as myself I work at a fuel station and never would treat a customer this way. I think his name was Santosh.

Glad they were open early but not impressed with the poor customer service. They could not activate Frequent Flyer Rewards on my first purchase. Fail.

If you’re coming in for a quick coffee then just go straight to maccas. They stand around like meerkats for 5 minutes until you literally ask to be served. When they finally do make your coffee, taste it before leaving as they have a 75% strike rate on making you the wrong thing you have ordered. Horrible customer service.

Night staff member was just ignoring me while I was waiting for the access into the store; the customers who were already inside the store had to let me in using the exit button! But the staff member wasn’t bothered to explain why he had to keep me waiting and there wasn’t any proper customer service at all. It was really rude and we can’t accept this especially when it happens at BP.

DHL, TNT Express...etc already deliver your parcels here and when you go to collect the parcels you queue up. When it's turn however you'll be asked to wait on the side until they finish serving all other customers and then they serve you. These are some of the worst people you can deal with.They make money on each parcels collected but still they discriminate you and test you as a non paying customer.Ask the courier whose delivering your packages to not drop them here, if you don't want to go through the same experience. It had happened to me three times now.
