Arcare Aged Care Logan Reserve

My father was there 7th resident when openingThe care is pathetic and I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last resort.The Manager is the worst I have ever experienced and the staff do not do there job they are lazy and that's if you can find them.We witnessed no medical attention for hours or meals givenEven if the emergency buzzer is pushed no one comes. My father had scabies when he died. From our experience do not put your loved ones in this facility.He also had a ingot stolen from around his neck while he laid there dying in his bed.It might look ok when you walk through but that is far from the care they receive.Zero out of 10 for this place

my mother is so happy at this place and the staff are wonderful
