What a beautiful little store with the most exceptional customer care and service. I recommend this place to all the new mamas I meet, I honestly cannot speak highly enough of it. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, the shop owner Gemma, made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She is so helpful without being pushy at all, and has spent so much time with me helping me find the perfect fitting bras when I was pregnant and post pregnancy. She is clearly passionate about motherhood and so considerate, offering her customers a drink, toilet access and even a comfy couch to breastfeed on if need be. Each time I've visited this store I've left feeling extremely happy with my purchase, as I wasn't rushed or pressured and was given honest advice. There is a great range of beautiful quality clothing for pregnant and breastfeeding mamas. I'll definitely be back again!

I couldn’t believe my shopping experience at Yum Mum Tum this morning! It was amazing!! I have not received such a high level of customer service in a very long time. The ladies made all of us feel very welcomed. They showed me a range of clothing options for what I was looking for and all in reasonable prices. I found what I was looking for which is fabulous, considering I don’t get out so much these days. To end the shopping experience, I was welcomed to feed my son, and was given a glass of water with a biscuit. They even helped me change my son. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience, I will be back soon!!

Stopped by yesterday and as we turned up Gemma, the Owner, was heading out for an appointment. She graciously stayed for 10 minutes to help me with the specific item I was looking for and I could not have been more grateful.She was so kind and helpful, giving me so much information. I highly recommend visiting Yum Mum Tum!

Beautiful selection of clothing all reasonably priced. The owner was very lovely with amazing customer service, she gave my baby some toys to play with on the floor. Thank you Gemma, by far the best service I have received

After struggling to find nursing and pumping bras suited to my massive mummy milkers a friend recommended Gemma and this store. Getting fitted and finding the right bra was such a breeze. The bras are so reasonably priced and great quality. Such a great range too, cute bras to make you feel sexy again, full cup and wire to make you feel supported and plunge bras for low cut shirts. Gem made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you again!

Beyond the fact the product is lovely, good quality, and appropriately priced, the service is second to none. I had no idea this beautiful store existed in Newcastle until someone took me there, and boy was it a find! Thrilled with the range, it covers casual, work, evening even swimwear & intimates. Had the perfect experience! I was in there for ages, tried so many things on. Gemma was so friendly and attentive, I felt really comfortable and actually enjoyed trying on the clothes! Walked out with half a dozen pieces that will flatter me throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I was stunned at the value for money, I honestly expected to pay double the amount! There is also a great selection of lactation accessories - I’d much rather buy local than support a big chain. Can absolutely recommend Yum Mum Tum! Thank you, Gemma.
