Alex installed two split systems in my property few years ago and couldn’t be any happier with it. Till now both units running perfectly. On time, quick and tidy, professional and great value for money. Can’t go wrong with this guy.

Alex came out gave quotation very professional. Great price gave me a starting date. Turned up on time Alex removed and existing split system, and replaced with new system, also installed a 2nd split system took great care of everything. Cleaned up all materials explained all operations job well done.

Alex is most genuine guy. We had our ducted system malfunction and stopped working. Called numerous people, they came gave quotes for changing pcb boards that didn’t require changing and quotes were out of this world.Alex came and fixed it without any hassle in the first go, he is transparent and very knowledgeable, tells you what he is doing and what will be the solution.Great work !!!

I have engaged Alex's services on 2 occasions - to check my central heating and to service my evaporative air conditioning. Both times Alex was prompt with follow up to my enquiry, was on time, polite and friendly and great to deal with. He explained everything really clearly and the pricing was very reasonable. He also spent a bit oftime trying to detach an old air conditioning vent and didn't charge me for it. If I could give KC Refrigeration and Air-conditioning 6 stars I would. Alex came to service our split system because it was leaking water inside our house and ruining the wall and floor.House is only 6 years old. We have had the issue before and had it serviced - spent a lot of money - but it still leaked.Alex did what all the others had done but actually showed me the issue and told me how to fix and stop the leak.Yes there was a bit of extra work involved but it was all done in 1 day and it was finally set up perfectly the way the builders should have had it done in the first place.Worth every cent to have the water drain outside our house instead of down our wall onto our oak floors 10/10

Alex installed a new A/C at our property recently and advised on the service of the existing air con. Price was competitive, quality was excellent and whole process was professionally completed. We're really pleased with his service and will use him again in the future.
