Tibias and Jenny have inspired me with their amazing salads and vegetarian meals. Everything is so fresh, crisp and totally delicious. The slice with salad option is incredible value for lunch and you will love the inventiveness of the dishes and the flavour that bursts from every dish. Absolutely love this place!

What to say about a cafe whose service was sadly lacking, food quality poor and coffee not great. As a visitor to this town it was an experience I would rather have missed. Sorry but there was nothing I could recommend and will certainly find somewhere else to eat should I revisit.

Starving in Kempsey yesterday and i came across this gem. Food was great, so thanks to Nathan the chef, and the service much appreciated too.Definitely worth coming in for fresh quality food and coffee, as well as the vast array of health food and health care products.

A very nice coffee, beautiful long black. The lady was so lovely. They have heaps of goodies. Natural and wholesome. Need to see a naturopath or buy natural products, you can walk into this shop. Indoor and outdoor space to enjoy your coffee. Plant-based and gluten-free too. God bless

Lovely, friendly staff and a great place to hang out, especially the lovely upstairs spaces. Fresh and delicious salads and great turmeric latte's. A good range of health foods and hard to find ingredients as well. A hidden gem in Kempsey.

Food was nice. Cute little cafe.Just found it odd that I was sitting down and had my juice and meal brought to me, was then told cutlery is over there. While she walks past it. Maybe an idea to bring the cutlery to the customer instead of rushing back to talk with colleague. It’s just the little things ;)
