Fresh Nails

Went in for a pedicure. Staff did not listen to my requests. The lady doing my nails was blowing on them to dry them…and also using her bare hands to do the treatment. The place is very dirty, messy and unhygienic. The treatment was rather painful and super overpriced. They did additional things which was lovely, but they weren’t things I had asked for & didn’t tell me it was going to cost more!Would not recommend.

Honestly probably the worst set I’ve ever had. Came in last Sat 17/9 and it’s now Sun 25/9 most of my nails have chipped and feel like they’re hanging on by a thread and 4 weeks old. I wondered why there was no customers when I arrived when all the other nail salons were jam packed but I know why now.

My girlfriend and I came in today (Tuesday). They had one lady halfway through a set and a lady walk in.My girlfriend and I both asked for a spa pedicure - I had to ask twice for the water temperature to be warmer and request for bubbles (a spa).My girlfriend’s foot spa was cold and turned off well before mine did.Staff appeared untrained and did not listen to our requests for shorter nails and curved edges for toenails.Overall, very unimpressed with the service and the prices are ridiculous for what you get.Do not recommend.

Wasn’t really happy with my experience here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I have been to many nails salons and by far this is the worst experience I have had. I came in with long natural nails and I wanted to get acrylics on them the lady then begun to cut them so short as she shorten them so much more then what I asked and not done the shape to how I asked . Another thing I notice is that the staff had a lot of clients just sitting there waiting to be done as I got started and then not finished, waited half an hour with my nails half way done and needing someone to come over and continue as they had workers just sitting there and even doing each-others nails as I was in there for 2 hours just getting my natural nails done. Overall wouldn’t be back.

I paid $71 for them to paint my hands and feet with shellac. I don’t understand how the price got to be so expensive. As soon as I got home the top layer immediately began to peel off. I was also concerned that the person who was taking care of payment asked if I had cash (I did not) and peered over me to look in my wallet to see if I was lying (I was not).I do not recommend this place.

When entering the store staff were lovely although really dissapointed with the pricing and quality. Spent almost 2 hours getting a full set of acrylics with French tip and one finger a flame design. My fingers have shellac all over them and there are bubbles in the polish. They then charged me $95!!!!! saying that each nail with the flame design was an extra $15 each even though it took less than a minute to do each finger. I’ve been to salons before where every finger has been varying designs and have never paid no more than $65 for a full set. Pretty poor quality and the pricing was just ridiculous, would not go back.

Really sweet staff, I did have to wait a bit but that was because they were busy, none the less they still took good care of me, it was my first time getting my nails done and I was ecstatic with it. The girl with dyed hair was super sweet and so was the guy, he did a great job shaping the nail and placing the acrylic on.

I got my nails done 1 week ago and the shellac colour has completely chipped off already, the nail painting process felt rushed and they didn’t let them dry under the LED for light long enough. The staff are also unprofessional watching videos on their phones very loud and yelling across the room to one another. It’s overpriced with poor customer service, would not recommend.

I sat in this place for two whole hours! Only for my nails to be not up to my standards. The lady was aggressive. I was moved around to different seats about 1 million times and ignored by some of the staff. I was getting an infill and one of the ladies broke my pinky nail off, so she had to re-glued on and then charge me another five dollars to get a glue back on when it wasn’t my fault

My nails don’t look bad however, all I had done was a change in colour. No infill or anything. I was charged $50. Apparently the removal of colour, and adding coloured tips totals to $50 I don’t understand how but anyway. Had two ladies walk out when I was in there due to the quality of the nails.
