One of their tow truck drivers thought it was appropriate to stop his truck in the middle of a busy road to load a car up, no cones or safety measures to be seen, blocked off the entire lane and cars had no choice but to illegally go in the opposite lane to get around and avoid collision with other cars.

I can not thank WP towing enough for their help today in recovering our long lost vehicle. It was an absolute mission and they went above and beyond at every step. The customer service when I contacted them was exceptional even when they thought they couldn't help me they recommended someone that could. Ended up that we could get the car to where they would be able to get it and it was late in the afternoon they still came through and managed to get it sorted. There were more issues when their driver got to the location but Tony was an amazing help and did not get frustrated or annoyed even though my husband did he stayed calm, cool and collected. For a completely out of the ordinary tow, that I'm sure Tony will not forget anytime soon, it was a great experience from the towing side. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Was given this number by the NRMA. The tow truck came and picked up our car to go to the scrapyard, was about to leave and didn't mention anything about paying us till we asked for it.

I can not thank everyone at this company enough for the help I received after an evening car accident. The gentleman who answered the phone was exceedingly compassionate and helpful, then Paul the driver was there within 5 minutes. He was professional, compassionate and so wholesome. I am so grateful for the level of care we all received at the scene and again the following day when I went by to pick up some belongings. Thank you all so much.

Today Troy the legend came into clutch for me at Grays Arndell park, customer bought a boat and had a flatbed semi trailer come up from VIC to pick it up thinking a forklift could throw it into the trailer, WRONG. So called up WP Towing and they sent their best! Troy rocked up in his boogie tilt tray, winched up the boat and rolled it onto the semi no problems.Just wanted to say Troy is a top bloke and a job well done mate. very professional, never rude, always on the ball and hats off to him and thanks for coming out today Troy.Hope this reaches you mate.

I would like to congratulate WP Towing on the employment of one of their staff.....Paul. On Sunday, I blew a tyre as I was entering a major highway, ultimately putting my wife and I in a dangerous spot. Paul happened to be passing and noticed us in trouble. He pulled up behing us (to prevent an accident) and went out of his way to change the tyre. Paul not only was extremely professional, but was also a wonderful human being as he wouldn't leave until the job was completed and we were safe to resume our journey. I compliment the owners of this company in hiring such an employee as Paul; he truly is a asset to your complany. I wish him all the very best always. Many thanks.

Pauly came out to me on short notice on a sat afternoon when I was stranded. Quote was fair and less than expected. Pauly took me 50km to my local garage. He was full of life and a great guy to chat with on the journey. Highly recommend.

I Highly recommend using WP Towing!Unfortunately my car needed a tow after hours on the weekend, WP Towing were quick to my rescue, the driver Audi was very polite, professional and friendly, I was very stressed and he had me at ease in no time.
