They took $15 from my card when I used $6 to wash my car, I called the number and left two msgs to call me back and never heard back from them.

Worst car wash in Melbourne. The area is dirty and not maintained. Paid 15 dollar by card but wasn’t able to wash my car coz the hose was broken. Tried to make a refund but customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This business is there to take money from customers. I paid 14 to wash my car, the machine didn’t send receipt. Money is taken but service is denied. I went with my car unwashed. Tried to connect no contact number provided. This is the worst car wash point you would ever find in Australia. A big no no…,mind your money!

Faulty, broken equipment. High pressure hose broke while using saturating me not to mention injuring my arm as the water hit my arm at full pressure. The car wash itself is extremely dirty, the tiles are falling off the walls and the equipment is breaking if not broken already. There is no phone number and no information to report this issue let alone inform anyone about the broken equipment.

Do bother coming unless you constantly want to wash your car in muddy floors. This place is dirrrtttty. Equipment broken. No one maintains this place. Will never come back again!
