Went to get acrylics done made a appointment got there to them fully booked had to wait around around 40 minutes to sit down.once I got into the seats I realised how disgusting this place was so filthy nails all over the ground the lady even messed up myDesign! It was a simple French tip it is all wonky ,all the nails are uneven one of my nails is even tilted and has about to fall off and I’ve only had them for 6 days!!!!! And feel embarrassed to go out

Horrible service. There was no one working at the register, so I had to awkwardly stand near it until one of the people doing someone else’s nails got up. I was also left getting my nails dried for 30 minutes. They never told me when my nails were done, or tell me what was going to happen with the payments, as it was so unclear since no one was actually at the register. I also picked up one of their black nail polishes from the shelf, and the next day, whenever I went outside, they looked navy. Nowhere on the nail polish bottle did it say it would turn navy, which was very disappointing.

i got acrylics here, booked an appointment and everything, and when me and my friends arrived, they weren’t even ready to seat us. not to mention the lady doing mine kept getting up every 5 or so minutes to go tend to new people at the entrance when the place was already full. She also fkd up one of my nails n now theres a hard bit inside of it plus she even got nail polish on my hand? The floor was literally filthy as well. I love my nails but the customer service was horrible

Not a bad nail place, a little dirty than the normal other places I go too. Bit cheaper than others. I didn't really like how the nail technician's played on their phones while getting nails done.

Extremely impressed each time I come to this nail salon. By far the best one I’ve found, reasons for this 5/5 rating is because they’re super professional, kind, smiley, chatty with their clients. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the store is clean, tidy and spacious.I love the attention to detail, my nail tech seems to have a supervisor who checks over their work once completed which also gives me great confidence. They’re so helpful with choosing nail colours as that can be stressful for some (Me) I’m super grateful and got the results i went in for. Woohoo!

Got my eyebrows waxed earlier, about 5hours later it looks like i got punched in the face. First time going to this business, there is burning, scabbing, and is very tender to touch this has never happened this bad before. I could be wrong but thinking they might have used leg wax instead of sensitive face wax.

i got acrylic nails done and the guy started yelling at me, the back of the nails are not finished, there all rough and he told me he will try do the best he can, like shouldn’t you always do the best you can.
