Good policy but shocking service...calls and emails not responded too, call wait times ridiculous and the advertised 8.30-7pm call time is actually 8.30-5pm! Not happy at all....2 claims not finalised after months and still awaiting call back from management.

Don't get suck in with Toyota or Lexus insurance. More expensive premium and customer service the worst (rude, not helping and claim department close after 7 pm and they close on Sunday. Even my coffee shop down the road open on Sunday). AAMI, Allianz and NRMA customers service much better than them and they are cheaper (Claim department open 24 hours). You pay premium price for their insurance, they treat you like rubbish. Cancelling mine soon.

Lexus Insurance have been awesome over the years. Can't speak or recommend highly enough. Every year I do a comparison with other insurance providers and Lexus comes out on top. In addition, they get everything booked and done within two days.

Have insured on and off with Lexus over the years, with a recent claim going through being a smooth and easy process , I decided to re-insure 3 of our cars with them. Had no issues with them now or in the past.

Both Lexus and Toyota are subdivisions of Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Australia (andia). ANDIA is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. From extremely slow processing and lack of communication to outright terrible customer service, they never deliver what they promise. Will stay well away in the future.

Received a renewal quotation for my 2020 NX F Sport Hybrid that was 20% higher than the previous year. Got an online quotation from AAMI, ensuring I was comparing apples to apples, the quote was $1,000 less!Lexus Insurance would not budge on price and I told them I would let the policy lapse and renew with AAMI.
