northTEC Tamworth are better than the genius bar in metro! Know their devices, know their software, and when they don't aren't shy saying so and then finding out. Service is consistently above and beyond, giving time and kindness and...ahh, just go there. Mainly Mac but also android. Excellent pricing, too.

Great customer service. Able to fix pretty much all phone problems. Can buy some accessories in store as well. Store does verified Apple repairs too

Took iPhone there for a simple battery replacement . Rude, arrogant , disorganised , never received a work order to say the phone actually even went to apple , doesn't answer the phone and after being told twice it was ready ,and then when we drove 20 minutes to town , went to pick it up after not being able to contact him , I got more excuses , saying it was now broken and in pieces some part he accidentally broke" and told to wait 24 hours would not recommend this guy

Left an iphone for battery replacement. When I got the phone back there was a problem with my screen which wasn’t there when I handed it in. And they charged me more for a new screen.Not happy at all when I had to pay for someone else mistake

The face had come of my Apple Watch and I was directed to NortTEC by Apple Care. On arrival my job number was already in the system and it was quickly and professionally handled. However, I would have preferred an estimate of repair/replacement before the work was completed because I may have decided to upgrade rather than keep the old model.

Fantastic service from Paul at Northtec Tamworth. Had issues with an older work iMac. Had the computer upgraded and back to us in less than 24 hrs. Highly recommend.

Went to see Paul yesterday as the telstra business certre which has always looked after me couldnt fix my phone and with the help of my laptop it was fixed in a few minutes, Highly recomend this place.

Took my iPhone for battery replacement. They broke screen and had to replace it and then charged me for it. Apple Pay also now no longer works on phone. When I brought it back to tell them, they shrugged and said “that’s going to be expensive”. Terrible.
