I’ve been coming to this place ever since it opened, so my loyalty to this place has been unmatched. Recently I’ve been dropping of items of clothing only to have them picked up moist, still dirty and the employees not wanting to do anything about it. No compassion from the old lady at the front who served me. Very sad and disappointing since I’ve spend a lot of money on this place almost 5 shorts and 2 suits every week. Really gonna downhill in the last 12-24 months. No customer service whatsoever.

They dry cleaned brand new shirts that were for my wedding they drycleaned the shirts with the tags on and ruined four brand new shirts 3 days before my wedding. They tried telling me that the blue stains were already on the shirts. They were not. They were brand new shirts from 2 different stores. . I will never go back and never recommend to anyone else

Avoid if you can.When questioned the poor quality of pressing of my shirts the staff member replied ‘ no drycleaner ever gets a shirt 100% perfect’ then said ‘ and its not our fault if it creases on the rack’.Have had numerous occasions of having to redo shirts before i wear them.Poor quality. Rude staff

Had a sequinned top that I wanted arms cuffed on, simple right??? Nope, was told that her sewing machine didn’t cope with sequins and needles break. Picked the top up and then she continued to tell me that because they are metal they keep breaking and she hasn’t been able to get to spotlight to get needles, mind you there is a Big W in the centre that sells sewing machine needles 6 for under $4 a pack. Fact is she didnt even attempt to do the alteration- if she did she would have noticed that the sequins are actually a thin plastic, obviously don’t know fabrics and don’t want your business so don’t bother….

Prices are much higher than what they say. They said blazers are dry cleaned at $16 each but I got charged variable fees for each blazer ranging from $18 to $28 per blazer

Fantastic personal service by the owners. 3 shirts and suits for a wedding perfectly cleaned and pressed ready for my big day. After hours pickup was so helpful! Highly recommended.

My fiance brought her wedding dress here for a quote and was asked to leave it behind to be quoted. The quote was well above others (expensive) and when she picked it up to take it elsewhere she was given attitude and the dress was scrunched up in a ball in the bag. Poor service, poor manners, too expensive, avoid this place at all costs!!!
