Such a fantastic company to work with and a high quality product. The main reason we looked at double glazing was because we live on the busy road. The windows have successfully reduced the road noise, help with heating and cooling and look great!

Excellent company. We are extremely pleased with our new double glazed windows and doors. The whole process was very smooth and the installers were extremely professional. It has made a great improvement to the heat and sound insulation and aesthetic look of our home.

Overall good-quality products. However we wished during the consultancy process, there was better guidance for choosing frame colour eg. consistency of colour for all windows and sliding doors in the house is prioritised over what is more “value for money.” There was a tendency to push the sales of all-white frames as they are 10% cheaper than coloured frames. They also tell customers white frames were less heat generating and better looking especially with existing internal white architraves. Although these are true, the use of white window frames are only suited in two situations. Firstly, if you already have existing white frame windows and are intending to change a few to double glazed ones. Or secondly, there is a clear intention to upgrade the look of the whole house by changing ALL windows and sliding doors in the house from coloured to white frames. Due to the extremely high cost of installing double glazed windows and sliding doors, I assume the average customer will only be able to install these in stages (eg. within a few months or years as the total for cost for changing all windows and sliding doors can easily add up to $40,000-$60,000 +, depending on the size of the house). Customers with existing coloured frame windows must be warned about the total cost of changing all windows and sliding doors if they are going for the cheaper all-white frame option. If you are looking to change just a few problematic windows and/or sliding doors, then the sales consultant should strongly advise using the same colour frame as the other existing windows in the house. Unfortunately this was not the case. Although we kept the colours of the new double glazed sliding doors the same as the rest of the house, we made a silly mistake of changing the master bedroom’s internal window frames to white thinking it would look better as suggested by the sales consultant. Honestly the white looked good but they just don’t match the rest of the house. Don’t make the costly mistake like we did by using inconsistent window frame colours. Stick to the same colour frame as the other windows in the house you are not intending to change. Eventhough you are paying 10% more than the all-white frame option, you are increasing the value of your house as they look more beautiful and cohesive with the rest of the house. So apart from the obvious functions and benefits of installing double glazed windows, windows in general, must be seen as an integral part of the house’s / building’s unique interior and exterior design.

Great service and products. This the second time I've used them. First in a new build, installing tilt and turn windows and this time retro fitting tilt and turn windows and a sliding door. Whatever you have, new build or retro fit, Double Glazing Masters will do a great job.

The whole process was great, with excellent communication and smooth installation. Installers were very skilled and friendly, they not only did an excellent job, but they removed old windows and doors, installed the new ones and they didn’t leave any mess or rubbish behind. We simply love our new double glazed windows and doors: they are beautiful, they can be opened properly, some of them tilt&turn and they keep the heat and noise outside. Washing the windows is not a hassle anymore. Highly recommended company and product!

We don't normally write reviews of work we have had done on the house. Who has the time? We pay the money, the work gets done, and that's it - all good. But we're making an exception in this case.Andy, Mike and Daryl provided two critical things that made us sit down at the keyboard for a change: an excellent product and excellent service. Everything was explained to us in advance by Andy and all options examined. We'd originally wanted to refurb our old windows but quicky realised that this was a false economy. They would still be noisy, they would still let in the dust and it would take forever. And we'd have needed carpenters, glaziers, painters - too much.The Double Glazing Masters Solution was seamless. They explained it to us patiently, answered our questions, responded to our emails (even on a Sunday) and delivered as per the timeline. When investing like this I want certainty. And we got it. They let us know in advance that they could start the work earlier than originally scheduled and turned up on time.Mike and Daryl were unfailingly courteous and polite during the two day installation. It was like having friends round to help out with a project. They also explained things and gave us tips on how to keep the windows in their best condition going forwards. And they took away all the rubbish, plus the old windows (yes, I did try to sell them on Gumtree but didn't get a single bite).We're really happy. The house looks much 'younger' now and the new windows will have contributed to its value. There'll be less overhead noise from aircraft leaving and arriving at Brisbane airport ..... and less dust from the local race course. It's also noticeably cooler inside and we can turn down the air conditioning a notch or two.So, my first and last review. Very happy and really glad we invested and chose Double Glazing Masters for this job. Great product ..... but great service was just as important to us.A couple of before and after pictures below.

From the start Paul explained everything in detail. We had some big window's to be replaced. So the end result was fantastic the new windows did exactly what Paul said they would do re noise and temperature. Jackson and Connor installed them and they were professional and explained everything. If you are after a reliable product to replace your windows then this is the company to use.
