The staff of Matchworks Brownsplains are awesome. They are kind and respectful, most especially Justina and Yracey.

Partner went through them recently. Was a couple of hiccups but Michaela was helpful and able to sort everything out as quick as she could and my partner gained a job at a place he’s really enjoying. Appreciate all the help he was given and support to gain a role he likes. Thank you.

Useless at anything to do with training. Went to computer training first at this joke of a place as I am a injured tradie and looking for new skills and job until after surgery, the computer training was her plugging in two laptops for us and telling us not to trip on the cord. The other training supposedly available was me ringing up for days and texting about training courses. no reply what so ever . One course number asking to leave a 10 second message and they will get back to you. Time to say your name and one word before your cut off . Absolute joke . Told matchworks about the problems only to have them say our training is contracted out. Don't waste your time as a job seeker with this agency. Moving to new provider.
