My friend bought my daughter a gift voucher and when we presented it at the shop the staff claimed it was for only $10 not $25. They were rude and didn't seem to care that they'd lost two full adult pedicures and two customers over $15. Buyer beware - if you get a voucher here make sure they put the amount paid on it. Will never go here again!

Been to many of these nail salons where they charge $30 for a pedicure. This one however was a waste of my money. I still have dry skin on my feet, my feet were in the water for 30seconds before the lady started on my feet, my feet dont feel any different than before and the massage wasnt a massage it was just rubbing. The best part was the massage chair. Wont be going here again. Should have stick to my usual place but the place looked clean and tidy and professional.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s a great salon. Never been disappointed. Yes, some staff are better than others but I’m always happy. Only salon I visit in Australia for nails and waxing. I live in Europe and I promise you this salon is much better than average European ones.

It has its good and bad days. I asked nude colour as it’s the only colour I’m allowed to have at work and left twice with PINK nails and once so bright that I had to remove it on the same day. They don’t listen when you say the colour is wrong, they just show you the bottle and colour on the nail palette number but it’s not my problem that the bottle doesn’t match the nail on the palette ! It looks often different. They always make my nails too short even when I ask explicitly not to and once did my nails round instead of square which I asked. Anyways, I don’t want to give a lower rate because there is a couple of lovely ladies there doing a great job but when they’re not free I don’t want to go there.

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure 2 days ago and my hands are totally chipped. Would not recommend they rushed the job too.

Usually I am happy with the results from here but today I was not. I have been going here for a while to get my eyebrows done and today will be my last. One of the ladies not only made my eyebrows extremely short and thin after i told her not too, but also she got wax in my hair and didn't even tell me about it and did nothing about it until I came back in to complain. And as soon as i stepped in the store again she knew i had realised what she had done and whisked me away to the back to try and fix what she had done wrong! really disappointed and needless to say this will be my last time visiting here...

I went just yesterday to get acrylics and she asked about length and i gave her a length i was happy with then after putting the tips on she filed them right back to level with my fingertips so I basically paid $40 for someone to paint my nails. On top of that before adding the tips she spend 20 minutes filing and thining my natural nail

I’m so surprised by all the bad reviews. Yes, the salon is a bit scruffy but tell me which nail salon isn’t.. I drive out of my way to come here because the shellac pedicures are so good. It lasts at least 5 weeks (including many beach trips) and the only reason I get them redone is because my nails grow. Plus they scrub the life out of your heels and a little hot stone massage. This is the best pedicure in the eastern suburbs without a doubt.

Pearl Nails has been my go to for the last 6 years and it never disappoints. I did my nails and most frequently waxing here and the ladies are caring and really good at what they do.

This place is ratchet and dirty. There was nail clippings all over the benches and the crevices. I felt like I was going to get an infection and rabies. This was one and a half years ago but I still think about it to this day. It gives me nightmares. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Please save yourself and your health. Go there if you would like to get a staph infection or even worse...
