Young fellas serviced our evaporative air- con on Wednesday in 44degrees heat. Did not complain, very respectful and with good presentation. With young ones like this our states future is bright.

We have been using them for years. and always great service. The technicians are always helpful. Just probably needs a better customer service staff. One of the ladies who answers calls is always rude. So that part sometimes puts me off in calling them. But technical side is always great. Rob does an amazing job as well.

Very polite and friendly staff. They answered all my questions in regards to a new aircon. They were on time and did a very clean install and removal of my old unit. This is the second unit install by this company and will continue to use them for all my aircon services, repairs and if needed again, installs.

Great service. We have a large 2 storey home in gero. I thought initially I'd need 2 or more split systems to cool the big open area ground floor. Their advice was spot on. They could have easily said you need 2, however the sales staff said try just 1 large 9.5kw and see how that goes. Well it goes like a bought one and the entire ground floor is ice cold. Ocean air Carried out a complete replacement of my 12v 8 zone ducted air conditioner system, communcation was good throughout the process, work was completed on time and to a high standard and the price was great. Would recomend to anyone for air conditioning needs.
