Decent hot chocolates and a good snack. Their muffins are soft and fluffy (not dry) and make a good mid-morning snack.

Worst Coffee i have ever had. All off the staff were too busy staring at their phones to do anything even whilst they were making coffee... I have never experienced such horrible service

Sadly due to Muffin Break's over inflated sense of entitlement, they refused to provide me with a free muffin and coffee; despite the fact that it would be obviously fantastic experience and exposure.Also the workers looked so underpaid that Oliver Twist was offering them his leftovers.

2nd worst iced chocolate ive ever had, home brand choc topping, ice cream, ice blocks milk and cream on top. More ice than anything else combined. No blending together at all, ingredients making layers of there own served in a small plastic cup with a straw for a dine in breakfast. Please remove this item from the menu or send your staff somewhere to learn how to do it at least half respectably.

I'm giving one star because I ordered a medium T/A coffee and I specifically asked for soy and was giving cows milk instead! This is not good if you can't handle dairy or if you're vegan! )-: Another thing, I was told they only give 1 1/2 shots for the medium coffee... I paid for two shots why are they cheating me? I asked them this and she responded Don't worry

Food old and dried up..vanilla slice and egg based quiche slices in particular. Tables dirty and then when I requested they wiped by smearing dirt around with a wet cloth.. not clean at all.. coffee average..

15 minutes for one regular coffee? A lot of customers also kept having to ask the workers if their orders were being prepared because it took so long. Whilst the baristas and servers weren't slacking... they were pretty lacking and taking their time with every order. A nice place if you're having the coffee there, but I wouldn't advise if you're in a rush.
