Really disappointing customer service! After filling up my car and walking into pay. No other customers in front of me. I was standing there for a good few minutes while the staff member was on her phone texting without acknowledging me. I then proceed to move forward towards the cashier. Staff member was still texting on her phone, slowly decided to raise her head and put her phone down take my payment. At no time did this staff member apologize to me for waiting patiently while she was on her phone. Once payment went through, NO thank you and have a nice day". Really disappointing customer service!"

Bad coffee, new machine are absolute disaster. Same burnt taste for latte and cappuccino. No difference. need to change machine. Wish 7/11 was nearby.

The man at counter crinkled the fuel offer in his palm without scanning it then asked me to pay. No other waiting customers at that time and that was not the only one time he does that. How can they hire such a mindless staff.
