Luckily I got Peter do my building inspection. I got seller’s building inspection report on hand too, but I feel I’d better be cautious to do my own as a buyer. Peter was so knowledgeable and thorough, giving me lots of tips even when I just inquired about the service he would provide. Peter only works for buyers. He does only one inspection a day and will send report same day. So we quickly got our inspection report and know what a REAL building inspection should be.
