We had a great experience with Skyline Solar! They were very transparent from the beginning. The installation was much quicker than I had anticipated. The installers were professional and there was no need to use any of our spare roof tiles which was fantastic. Very impressed with the amount of detail that was put into the administration side of things (I.e the instructions and information we were given in relation to the process and what we are required to do). After meticulously researching everything there is to know about solar and the solar companies suitable to my needs I came across Skyline Solar. As a very picky consumer armed with the knowledge that I was spending a significant amount of money on our large installation I reached out to the team and with a checklist in hand I asked question after question. I was immediately impressed by the knowledge of Vanessa and her team and was presently surprised to find a company that wasn't aggressively out to just sign me up like many before them had tried to do.In what was a very professional, thorough process filled with granular information I have successfully had my 20kw system installed. The installation team can only be described as first class and even took the liberty to clean our gutters for us whilst on the roof. I was compelled to take my business to an alternate solar provider because of poor customer service from my original supplier. Since engaging with Skyline Solar, I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. I had both solar panels and Tesla battery installation done by Skyline Solar. Their team worked hard to organize having it all done a couple of days after I move in to my newly purchased home at Catherine Hill Bay NSW.This was a little further than they ordinarily go but they did an amazing job and kudos to Sean and the team, well done and deserving of the 5 stars

Upgraded to new Solar panels with Skyline Solar in Nov 2022. Very Professional team compared to many online/phone only companies I called before. Explained things very clearly and upfront, moved fast from quote to installation, answered all questions. Installation team was great. I installed Suntech and Sunway. Early follow up post installation. I got to know them thro another satisfied customer in the suburb and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I highly recommend Sean and his team for his extensive knowledge and honesty. I recently started getting quotes for a battery and/or solar system for my residence.All other people I had spoken to, did not discuss the “whole” installation process with me and suggested systems that I believe would not of been cost effective.Sean was able to highlight an issue I had with the unusual construction of my place which no one else had even mentioned.
