Rockingham Dog Club (Inc.)

The puppy classes run at the Rockingham dog club are the best I’ve ever experienced. Every class has 3-4 friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. It’s clean and has a large area for the dogs to play which I preferred to a small vet waiting area. I highly recommend taking your puppy to Rockingham dog club!

I wish I could give less stars!I have sent 3 emails and have called twice now.None of my emails were answered and when I called for the second time they advised me that they changed the sign up day to 2 days ago so I missed out.I have now missed out twice due to them not replying to me and giving out missleading informationWhen I called, the gentleman blamed someone else and denied all responsibility stating that the only website worker messed up and they changed the date a month ago (I check the site 2 weeks ago)I understand that classes are now full so I am unable to attend although I am quite upset as due to the lack of customer service.Do NOT recommend!!!

We have had a positive experience with Rockingham Dog Club. What a welcoming group of people. All seemed keen to pass on helpful tips, based on their experience and knowledge.

I would like to thank the committee and instructors for their time and effort in teaching both the dogs and owners attending your training sessions. This is the second time I have attended training sessions and I find them very, very good and the instructors and staff are wonderful.Looking forward to mid-October for the next round of training. Again, many, many thanks for your time - I know you do this voluntarily and know there are a lot of well behaved dogs in and around the Rockingham area because of your dedication.

Not only do I enjoy going there but most of all my dog has a great time too! We are really starting to learn to communicate with each other. Great day out with the fur baby!

Great club with really welcoming and knowledgeable trainers. My dog started this year unable to be within 20 meters of other dogs without barking in excitement and trying to drag me over to play. Now he can weave through a line of other dogs, and a large part of this was coming every week where he was given an opportunity to train with others who were also working on improving the behaviour and manners of their own dogs.

We have been members of dog club for over a year now, I would highly recommend it to any dog owner. I have a reactive dog and his behaviour has improved so much. We have a lot of fun and enjoy coming to the club.

Everyone should attend the Puppy School at RDC. The trainers were very helpful and organised. The cost for the 4 week course is very reasonable. Remember that the school is mainly for the owner to learn how to train the Puppy. Take the knowledge and training and use it daily. Then the Puppy will be well behaved. Hunter (my puppy) enjoyed every class and he made a best friend for life. LOL.
