The Good Feet Store - Maroochydore

Recently purchased the arch supports and before reviewing have given the product an opportunity to be trialed and tested with my own feet as the judge. These supports are an expensive investment alongside the shoes that I purchased from the same store. The shoes get the tick but the supports provided cause enormous discomfort and I simply can not use or wear them. The product to me is questionable. The service I received however was friendly. It is disappointing that I find the product to be non usable.

Life changing experience for me. Went from having to ice my knee 4-5 times a day to now never have too. The majority of symptoms have been taken away.I did have an issue with my Brooke trainers which Brookes were not interested in warranting which is poor however the wonderful staff there (Amber and Francis) were extremely helpful and still replaced them for me. Outstanding service

I was made very welcome by Frances and received great service with easy explanations of the benefits of the Arch supports to alleviate my feet, knee, hip and back pain!I’m looking forward to the great results I am expected to receive!

This store must be making a lot of money to afford the television advertising which seems to show nearly every night...I want to screem and throw something at the TV each time...2 years ago I entered your store to buy shoes then was told you don't sell them...I don't know how or why I ended up being seen by a saleslady, not a podiatrist...I think my mental state was not in good order as I parted with $1,500 for a set of three inserts or whatever you call them....they have never helped my foot problem ...recently saw a podiatrist, very helpful...bought a pair of shoes he recommended for my flat feet...well, there is one born every minute and I was a fool on theday I entered your store. I have since learned of other customer dissatisfaction so I guess I am not the only fool contributing to your bank balance.The saleslady was a pleaant woman and no doubt was earning her living, but I really should have seen a podiatrist and paid for a genuin orthotic made by him/her.

I’ve suffered from Plantar fasciitis for years, went to Maroochydore store to inquire about their product this is where the hard sell started, I wanted an idea of price which they would not give me until they finished my fitting, I asked if the inner soles were actually mouldered to fit your arch and was talked over, I finally realised they are prebuilt and only have three types, I was told my feet would mould to one of the inserts, I wasn’t happy with that and four times I asked for a written quote and again talked over with the hard sell. Maybe these products work but the more time I asked questions the more they weren’t answered so I left. I went to a Podiatrist got inner soles moulded to my arch given full quotes before I gave the go ahead and got money back from my healthcare fund I know I made the right decision not to go to the Goodfeet Store

A poor experience, the arch support caused more foot issues than it solved. Very expensive @$600 for one of three supports, and when asked to return for a refund was charged a 25 % restocking to America" fee

Love the good feet store! My arch supports alleviate my lower back pain and have also helped me with a sciatica issue - I am a shoe LOVER and being able to fit them in my heels is awesome!

Excellent service by Amber. No pressure on time or with sales. I purchased the package and will know how it all works out in the next few weeks. I had foot surgery two years ago and have trouble standing long or walking any distance at all. I am confident the Good Feet Store will assist me.

I was experiencing pain in my feet which then caused further pain in my knees as they compensated for the way I was walking. I had no idea what to expect from The Good Feet store. I went in and they were very friendly and helpful. Once I tried the supports in my shoes I was sold. I couldn't believe the difference. I felt a shift from my hips all the way to my feet.After 3 months I started to experience pain again. I wasn't sure what to do and so I went back to The Good Feet store for advice. They reassessed my feet and changed my arch supports at no cost to me. My feet are happy again.The products and most of all the customer service and follow up support from The Good Feet store is fantastic. They really do want what is best for you and your feet. It really is worth investing in your feet.

The products they sold me work well, and are still helping. I've been wearing stage 1 & stage 2 arch supports for almost 1 week now for about 98% of the time. I wear stage 1 when I'm in shoes all day, and stage 2 in thongs and around the home. Even though the stage 1 arch supports were a bit uncomfortable at first, they are just starting to feel comfortable so that I don't really notice that I'm wearing them. Also, I have not experienced any pain in my feet since I have been wearing them, and I can feel my feet slowly recovering, even though I am still spending the same amount of time on my feet each week. Very thankful for these products.
