I have never made a complaint in my life but I have had such a horrible experience - please do not come here. I walked in to have my shellac removed and I was already very unimpressed as the lady was very rough and careless. I didn't realise until I got home but not only were the skin around some of my nails were bleeding and some of my nails still had bits of shellac left on them, but a considerable amount of my actual nail had also been filed off of my left hand. I went back a few hours later to let them know, hoping for a discreet resolve, so they went ahead and removed the nails that still had shellac. However, after telling the lady countless times to avoid filing the damaged nails, she still went ahead and I immediately felt the heat from the hand drill and it was very painful. I could tell she wasn't understanding what I was saying so another lady came to speak to me. She told me that this happens all the time and that I just needed to wait for my nails to grow back. Throughout the whole encounter with this lady, she would stop to talk to her colleagues in their language and laugh/giggle and I could tell that the entire salon was talking about me. I tried to ask for a refund but she left me at the chairs without saying anything and I left feeling extremely humiliated.

First time here as it was a public holiday and the other salons were closed. Came in to get my nails done for my hens. My nails look dreadful, they are short and point and look like dog claws. I came in with rounded shaped nails and asked it to be trimmed back a little and same shape. The girl rushed and filed my nails down so hard and short into a pointed shape which is not what I asked for. The paint is uneven, the acrylic is lumpy on the edges, my fingers hurt from the corners of my nails being filed down too far. Was the most painful and uncomfortable acrylic set I’ve had put on.

Nope. Never again. Walked it to find the lady at the counter doing her make-up. Got the pedi done by a lady who didn't speak a word of English so when I told her the colour I wanted and showed her the sample, no wonders I ended up with a completely different colour than what I wanted. Ended up putting a black coat on top but the lady who was doing my hands (a different one than the toes) missed the a coat so one of my nails now looks like a wired purple and ended up finishing the nail filing in my car!The irony is that the one doing my hand was bragging about how good a job they do here.... Well, this is the first and last time you see me.

The manager is lovely. But the lady that did my pedicure was so rude and rough.I took my 10 year old daughter in here for a pedicure too.The lady doing my nails would hit my feet roughly to put them back in the spa. And was grabbing my legs in a snatchy manner.It was the final straw when the manager asked me a question about my daughters toe nails and whilst I was talking this lady was taking swipes at my legs they were getting harder and harder. Hitting me constantly until I looked at her and I gave her a look. She knew then that she messed up.The rest of the job was rushed and little care was taken.I wont be coming here again. I've spent 100s of dollars here before and I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

The ladies working here are lovely and they do an awesome job while working hard to please everyone. A lot of people have complained about the ladies speaking in their own language but who cares. I don’t go there for conversation. I go there to get my nails done and they do that beautifully. I always get compliments about my nails and I get along with the ladies well and make an effort to converse. If you want your nails done I def recommend this place.

Love these ladies, being going for over 6 years, they are so friendly and so an amazing job. Highly recommended

I usually don’t write bad reviews, don’t get me wrong I have been here a couple of times and it was okay. I hardly get my nails done it is an outmost treat when I do.The lady who did them had no care to actually speak to me she rushed the whole process so the nails don’t the best to top it off the next day my cuticle is now infectedIt is no where clean as what it used to be.I came here thinking that you guys would do a good job but I was wrong.

I went and got my nails done today. Just shellac polish on fingers and toes. I had old shellac polish on there from 3 weeks ago. Their price list says $35 for feet and $30 for hands. I was charged $75 and when I questioned this, they said it was because they had to take off the old polish so they charge $5 for hands and $5 for feet. I asked where this was in the price list and they said they don’t put it on there. Then they said it was an old price list (which I just picked up from their counter) and then I was told their price list pamphlet is too small to put all the pricing on there. They overcharged me $10 and refused to give it back. It may only be $10 but it’s the principal of it. If they did that to every customer, they would be ripping a lot of people off and making a killing from it.I mentioned that it should be on the price list or I should be told before the service is provided and consumer protection would agree and she didn’t care. She told me all the nail salons would do this. No, they don’t. I’ve been to others and they don’t do that. Not the first time I have had bad service from this salon. Won’t be returning.

They charged me $70 for acrylics when they wrote $50 for it. The lady was extremely rough and did my nails so bad, I’m not even joking. Came in for removal the lady made both of my thumbs bleed. Never ever going back there again. The way they removed my acrylics wasn’t right. The lady used a nail extension to try and remove my acrylics by pushing on the side, it took some of my natural nail off on the side.
