McDonald’s Nambucca Highway Service Centre
Went there for a coffee at 9pm on a Friday night with friends. Food littered the floor, there was rubbish everywhere being walked over by staff, bins running over and rubbish bags at the back.There was a spill of oil or water near the food preparation area.This is the 3rd time we have seen it like that.We ordered nothing and went to the other cafe which was pristine.

It's just another Maccas. Being roughly half way between Sydney and Brisbane, I stopped here for lunch. Nothing to scream home about, but nothing bad either.

McDonald’s Nambucca Highway Service Centre
Stopped here for MacDonald's dinner on the drive back to Sydney.While there was issue with suppy for ice creams and frozen drinks, the customer service was bright, bubbly and helpful.All staff went above and beyond at helping where they could. The customer service was lovely on a long drive, and the team were respectful of customers while also enjoying working together.There is nothing worse than an angry manager yelling at employees, but this was not the case at this store.

This is by far the worst MacDonald's I have ever seen. Upon ordering on the computer thing we didn't get a recipt with our number as all the machines were out of paper. This created mayhem no one knew there number and multiple orders were sitting on bench with people opening others food.Multiple people complaining with a young member of staff apologising to all the disappointed customers. The ambulance workers had made there order and decided to leave without it after waiting so long. One family returned four times chasing missing items and wrong orders there young children were saying mum I'm hungry.The fries we received were soggy and stone cold. The chicken burgers were soggy and uncooked. We didn't complain as it was obvious they were not capable.To the management you should retrain your staff and take some pride in your franchise.

The Barrista that was serving around 10:30am, 19th February really needs to consider how she comes across to clients. She was very abrupt and rude when responding to me. They didn't have the latte I ordered in stock, which was no worry for me. I then just asked for different latte, and I got rolled eyes and terrible attitude.I know it's just McDonald's, but we are paying customers, better service would be key...

35 minute wait for a Mc Chicken and a cheeseburger. We asked 4 times where our food was and got told a different answer every time. When we got our food it was cold. Come on guys it can’t be that hard. Worst McDonald’s experience ever
