Never been pushed to write a bad review before, but after having whoever served me at 5:20am I felt like I was inconveniencing the place just by being there. There was no one else there at that time, so I'm not sure what the woman's reason was for being really grumpy. Then told me I couldn't use my keep cup for a coffee, which has never happened to me before. I can't say I'm never going to shop at a Caltex again, but if there are other options close by, that interaction made the difference for me. Hopefully Caltex is getting behind getting rid of single use cups, at least by allowing people to use keep cups. Everywhere else is.

Convenient for me as a Diamond level Uber driver getting a fuel discount. Packs of Mt Franklin water are available, toilet, food and USB cables. This Ampol is a little old and small. Hoses need replacing and they have recently been working on the pumps. Air for tyres is easy to get to, but the gauge reference line isn't there so no fast and super accurate tyre pressures here. Plenty of parking even for smaller rigid body trucks and trailers. Entry may be stressful for some from Lutwyche to city inbound direction.

Quick visit. Young Girl that was on, very polite and patient had a stupid prezzie card and balance hadn't refresh said I had $50 and it had none, then had to ring my friend who was in hospital and ask if she cld loan me the money..... lucky I hve good friends...

Always the cheapest fuel here, also in store products are at reasonable prices (not incredibly exorbitant prices like other petrol stations). Great customer service from Sowji, she is always lovely, polite, friendly and very well spoken. Sowji is happy to help with anything you want to ask, she is very helpful and always smiles broadly.

When you spend $18 on 2 smoothies and it is legit watery orange juice...having a boost juice is awesome but probably best to learn how to make a smoothie
