Perfect, locally owned and Local business. Steve is great, honest and reasonable on price. If he can’t do it or supply it then he definitely puts you in touch with who can! Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Just had my ride on repaired, and came away with the same impression as the other reviewers. Honest up front appraisal given in a few minutes, phoned back for an authority for a price increase when they discovered a rusted on part that had to be sawn off and replaced and despite that got it fixed in two days. I thought the final amount was very reasonable, and when I got it home I noticed they had done some extra work they hadn't mentioned. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

Went in to purchase a spring only for my lawn mower pull start, the guy was very rude complaining that he was the only staff there that day & he didn't know if he would have time to look for the spring. Took my part from me, said he would look for the spring & call me once he found it. He called & I returned only to find that he fitted the new spring & charged me $55 for the repair. Not once did I ask him to fix it, I only asked to supply it. I would have done it myself. When I asked how much the spring was he said $26 (doubt it) telling me 'I must have misunderstood'. Refused to give me my part back until I paid $55.Rude attitude & service from start to finishRip off merchants !!!!! Avoid at all costs ..!!!!!My reply - I went in on Friday not Sat, never said a thingemajigy , I told you that I needed the centre spring. I already said you called me & I returned. I only asked for a spring. You were rude & abrupt when I walked in & same when I returned to collect my part & spring. Not once were you asked to repair it. You deserve 1 star review. Treat people nicer next time

Fantastic Service. I was given an honest on arrival appraisal of which machinery was able to be serviced and which one was to outdated to get parts for (very grateful as it was the heaviest). I received a pH call with in 2 days to give an assessment price and an honest appraisal of the condition of the machines . I found the price for repair and servicing to be very reasonable . Card payment is available . The job was finished within the week. Steve was politely straight to the point and fair in his appraisal and price.He has a great range of New and Used equipment.I will definately be going to Bethania Mowers again .

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me free advice on a carburettor issue, suggested what to look for if I wanted to do it myself or he’d do it for me for a small fee. I also purchase a weed eater and it never misses a beat
